CONSOLIDATED MOTOR TRAFFIC (DRIVING LICENCE LEVY) REGULATIONS (Incorporating Regulations No. 03 of 2022 and Amendments up to November 17, 2025)
Regulations
- These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Driving Licence Levy) Regulations No. 03 of 2022.
- The levy payable for the purposes specified in Column I of Schedule I to these regulations in respect of the normal service and same day service, shall be as specified in the corresponding entries in Column II and Column III respectively of that Schedule.
- The levy payable for the online service specified in Column I of Schedule II to these regulations shall be as specified in the corresponding entry in Column II of that Schedule.
- The Driving Licence (Levy) Regulations, No. 01 of 2009 published in the Gazette Extraordinary No. 1594/27 of March 26, 2009 are hereby rescinded.
