Current driving license possessed by the applicant
An applicant is exempted from the necessity of sitting for written test at the inclusion of an additional class of light vehicles, but a bearer of a light vehicle license has to sit the written test at the inclusion of a class of heavy vehicles.
The requirements specified in obtaining New Driving License and the requirements specified in Extension of Driving License to Heavy Vehicles have to be met by the applicants when including an additional class of light vehicles and a class of heavy vehicles, respectively.
Current driving license possessed by the applicant Learners driving license should be at least 3 months old and in addition to that they should pass the practical test.
